MILA Omakase is a 12-seat enclosed room offering the most exclusive and authentic journey to the Far East, magnified by the Mediterranean influences of 26 times Michelin-starred Chef Michaël Michaelidis.
2 seatings: Tuesday - Saturday | 7 pm & 9:30 pm
To maintain the integrity of the MILA Omakase experience, we are pleased to accommodate dietary restrictions when communicated at least 24 hours in advance of your reservation. Requests received after 24 hours cannot be honored, and the experience will remain non-refundable.
Each experience begins promptly at the scheduled time. Due to the curated progression of the menu, late arrivals may miss select courses. Please note: the journey will continue as designed, and dishes cannot be replayed. Thank you for your understanding.
Experience Omakase
The ever-changing menu showcases the most refined ingredients, from line-caught fish flown in daily to innovative vegetables and condiments, Hokkaido sea urchin, Ehime bluefin tuna, and Bushu-Gyu wagyu from Saitama.
The intimate, transporting space is anchored by an overhanging cherry blossom tree, a Japanese craftsmanship-inspired screen, a dramatic marble countertop, a 500-year-old hinoki cutting board, and wall-mounted niches displaying members' chopsticks.
